Hospital stands for Christian values that have become the soul of hospital and slowly the organization took roots in the rich soil of this hilly area.  The dignity of the person supersedes all other considerations and there is no discrimination of class, caste, creed or religion. Health in its wholeness is the chief concern, and the hospital puts all its resources, human, material and spiritual at the service of those in need.
Now it has grown as the only one hospital in the area and still this is the only available hospital for the marginalized and the B P L people in this hilly area. Doctors always concentrate in the towns and they never come to the villages due to lack of facilities.
There are a good number of Dalits/tribals too around the Hospital. Most of them are poor and deserve free medical treatment.
